wow....this month has just flown by......really no time to blog at all.....here are a few bits that have still managed to catch my busy eye in the last few weeks.......

if the shoe fits.....

I don't know about your household ....but in my home shoes are never where they are supposed to be.....usually shoved under a desk, often at the bottom of the stairs, at the front door, in the car or laying scattered in front of the tv......I even have a dedicated shoe basket at the bottom of the stairs as an attempt to capture and collect some of these roving items.

These images make me feel a little bit normal and yet also opens the creative mind to ponder that perhaps mislaid shoes are a necessary accessory......what do you think ???

I have such an infinity for the colour orange....it was my bedroom colour growing up in the seventies........polyester orange quilt cover, retro wallpaper with large orange blooms and lots of white furniture.....it conjures upf feelings of security and warmth for me.

Orange is inspiration, it's joyful, social, cheerful and fun. Orange stimulates the appetite and aids digestion, keeps conversation flowing.....it's really just completely fab !!

Papaya is my ultimate shopping destination....a beautiful homewares store that oozes serentity, simplicity and good taste......

Papaya has the most divine calming ambience that envelops you as soon as you step through the front door. They combine pared back tones and sumptious textures that create a laid-back luxe and it all just reeks of good taste.....sigh...I was lucky enough to visit them through these crazy school holidays and spyed my ultimate kitchen table !!!!! .....my husband won't come to the party.....YET !!!! Please enjoy......
